Jordan S. Klein
Jordan S. Klein is of counsel with M&B, where he advises on international tax, tax planning, and estate planning. His practice also includes tax controversy, general business, and probate & trust administration. Mr. Klein also has experience with Foreign Bank Account Reporting.
Prior to joining M&B, Mr. Klein completed a Master of Laws in Taxation at New York University School of Law, where he primarily focused on international taxation, including inbound and outbound U.S. taxation, the anti-deferral regime of Subpart F, and international tax treaties.
In addition, Mr. Klein has volunteered for the Unemployment Law Project, where he represented clients in administrative hearings regarding unemployment benefits.
