Janet G. Lim
Janet G. Lim is of counsel with M&B, where she focuses her practice on corporate finance (with a particular emphasis on private securities offerings), mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate law. In addition, her practice encompasses a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including advising start-up companies on venture capital and other private financings, and providing general business counsel. She represents early-stage as well as established companies in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, retail, energy, and real estate sectors.
Prior to joining M&B in 1998, Ms. Lim practiced at a number of Seattle law firms, including Aiken, St. Louis & Siljeg, P.S., and Petersen, Lycette & Snook, P.S. Ms. Lim also served as outside general counsel for a statewide trade association in the automotive industry for twenty years.
Ms. Lim has been awarded an “AV” rating in Martindale Hubbell by her peers, a rating denoting the highest legal ability and ethical standards.
