Edwin B. Sterner
Edwin B. Sterner is of counsel with M&B, where he focuses on corporate law, finance, development, personnel, licensing, and real estate leasing transactions. Mr. Sterner provides general counsel services to small and mid-sized enterprises both within the United States and internationally.
Prior to Mr. Sterner’s counsel activity with M&B, he provided general counsel, economic and financial development services within both public and private firms.
In addition, Mr. Sterner has taught at University of Washington School of Law and lectured at University of Washington School of Law Foundation seminars.
Mr. Sterner also serves on the City Council for the city of Lake Forest Park, WA, and has volunteered at several community and youth organizations.
